Creme Brulee is one of my all-time favourite desserts. The first time I tried creme brulee was on a cruise ship, and the crunchy, crackled caramel topping with the soft custard below instantly became my favourite. I love how you have to crack through the topping- it reminds me of tapping on a boiled egg to get to the inside. Crackle creme boasts a variety of flavoured creme brulees such as Tahitian Vanilla Bean and Organic Matcha. I had the Pandan Coconut Creme Brulee and I loved that you could definitely taste the coconut!
They also sell made-to-order liege waffles with your pick of ice cream. I chose Earl Grey ice cream, and the waffle was made in true liege style, with sugar chunks and a caramelized exterior.
