bitesofvancouver We recently visited Bibo for the first time this past weekend at the McArthurGlenn location.
The “A Taste of McArthur Glenn” 4-8pm Happy Hour promotion works by bringing a non perishable food item to donate to the Richmond Food Bank (the blue donation bins are located at the front door of each participating food vendor). Notify a restaurant staff member that you are making a donation to enjoy the restaurant-specific Happy Hour promotion.

Overall our food was delicious. Our spaghetti bolognese had more of an Italian style to it verses a cheesy American style. It had a sweetness to it, and our pasta was cooked nicely al dente.
The pizza was a Neapolitan style pizza, with a thin crust and nice air pockets. We had the spicy meat pizza which had a spicy kick to it, which I always appreciate.
The side of focaccia bread was a nice side to enjoy with balsamic vinegar and olive oil (which we requested).
Past and pizza is always one of our favourite combinations. It was nice to sit down and eat a warm meal after doing some shopping in the outdoor outlet mall.
